My name is Nichola Fisher and I am the founder of Rock it Science children’s party entertainment. I am a fully qualified Science teacher and have worked in Secondary schools across Scotland and Dubai for over 15 years. I am also a mum to 3 young children and after attending hundreds of children’s parties here in Dubai I soon realised that I could offer something different.

I have a real passion for Science and love seeing the amazement in children’s eyes when they discover something new. Science is not all about theoretical knowledge; it is a skills based subject too. Children need to learn to question things and work out why things happen but most importantly have fun doing it.

In 2015 I came up with the idea for Rock it Science where fully qualified Science teachers can offer quality, action packed and educational parties for children aged 4-14 years old! I left my teaching position after winning ‘Business Woman of Tomorrow 2016’ and took on this enterprise full time. Since then we have designed brand new and exciting party types and currently have 9 to choose from.


Word of mouth has spread and thanks to all our happy customers we were voted and award winners of Kidzapp 2019 - ‘Best Creative Fun’!


Our party leaders are all British teachers who love to share their passion for science so we guarantee to engage and inspire with our activities. We bring all the materials for our parties which are safe and non-toxic and clear up after ourselves so there is no mess left behind! Parties can be held at home in the house or in the garden in the cooler weather.

It doesn’t stop there either, do you need a science birthday gift for your little Mad Scientist? Well I have created my sister company called My Discovery Lab to get little Scientists continuing the discovery, exploring and investigating at home. Check out our science kits which can be purchased individually or as part of a subscription.
